Meet the Founder
Background - R+C was founded in 2013 by Bose Houser, a Temple University graduate with degrees in Architecture, Construction Management, and a Master’s in Business with a concentration in Project Management. With over 23 years of experience.
Origin Story - Bose’s journey into construction started in an unexpected way. After a frustrating experience with a bad contractor, Bose took matters into her own hands, determined to never again rely on others for what she could do herself. This experience ignited her passion and led to the creation of R+C, where she combines her love for design with her expertise in construction management to deliver exceptional results for her clients.
